  • Yes!! We love a hype person! Just let me know in advance. :) Feel free to bring a friend, parent, spouse - Whoever can cheer you on and whoever will make you feel more comfortable. Go for it!

  • Please inquire at least 3-4 weeks in advance for best results.

  • My booking system is set up is in two increments: retainer + final payment. The retainer is required upon signing your contract to reserve your session date. Final payment is usually due the day of your session.

    A pre-payment plan can be set up to break the payment into smaller chunks if need be!

  • Turnaround time will depend on the session, but please allow up to two weeks before you see an email! You will receive all of the files via a private online gallery. You then can send them to print, forward to your friends + family, and post online! Download links do expire, so be sure to download your images asap! Make sure to save + backup your images.

    If you are on a time crunch and need your images sooner (e.g. yearbook, resume submissions, cards, etc), please let me know and we can work together on a quicker delivery (might come at a fee).

  • Yes! I will send you a gallery with all the images from your session, and from there, you can select the number of images included in your session package - plus some extras if you want to purchase more!

  • Yes please! Printing is a great way to see and remember your photos all the time, instead of losing them in your camera roll. A print release is included with my contract, so you’re good to go. You can order through my print shop directly in your gallery.

    Sharing online is perfectly fine, just as long as the photo is not altered in any way. Be sure to tag me - I’ll hype you up! My Instagram and Facebook tag is @frenchsfotos.

  • I do my best to include travel fees in my packages so you know what to expect when you book!

    If you’re booking well in advance ex. for a wedding the following year, I will either: 1) research reasonable avg travel expenses for the area and include this in your initial invoice or 2) track and then book reasonable stays/transportation, billed later through a separate additional invoice.

  • I am all about embracing things as they unfold, and if it’s a bit of rain, I’ll come with some cute clear umbrellas and encourage you to go for it!

    If the weather is truly crazy/act of god/I am sick/etc, we will put your retainer toward a re-schedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the retainer will not be refunded.

    If you have booked a portrait, couple, or headshot session [this does not include elopements or weddings] and need to reschedule your session, your retainer can be put toward a re-schedule as long as I am notified within 2 days of your session. I get it— life happens! However, if you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule, your retainer will not be refunded.

  • Please make it clear to me in your initial contact email if this is the case and let me know the reason. The primary way I market my photography services (and likely how you found me!) is through the internet!
